PAYMENT TERMS

  • Price Free On Board (FOB) Tanjung Emas Port Semarang Central Java Indonesia.
  • FOB Freight collect.
  • Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) We request down payment 50% before execute your order.
  • Balance payment documents against payment.
  • All payment should be transfer to our bank account in full amount (not including bank charge or any charges).
  • Copies of documents will be informed to buyer by email or faxing, after the shipment effected.

Documents Required :

  1. Commercial Invoice
  2. Packing List
  3. Bill Of Lading
  4. Certificate Of Origin (COO)
  5. Certificate Of Fumigation (AQIS)
  • Only after seller receive payment complete original documents will send to buyer address.
  • Latest shipment date for 20” container 8 weeks and 40” container 10 weeks.

PACKAGING SYSTEM

  • Standard packaging
  1. Outdoor furniture by wrapped in single face paper and tied with raffia strings.
  2. Indoor furniture by wrapped in single face paper and foam sheet and tied with raffia strings.
  • Additional packaging cost should be pay by buyer.
  • Upon your request we can do box packing for you subject to additional fees.

GUARANTEE

Our guarantee is for replacement of goods against future orders and does not include any other cost such as freight, re-stocking or any other charges. Claims are allowed up to 1 (one) month from the date of container arrival at the port of destination. The purchase guarantee applies to claims against product damage with conditions the product inability to be used, even after competent repair. All claims will be substantiated by photographs or digital images clearly showing. Verbal explanations need to accompany the submitted images for clarification. Photos or images may be sent by email.

HOW TO ORDER

  • Contact and communications could be done by e-mail, telephone and mail. Your visit to our manufacture will be very welcomed.
  • We are accept for sampel request. However buyer should to pay for the production, additional packaging and shipping cost. FYI international shipping apply a minimum volume of 2 Cubic meters per-shipment. This mean you have to pay the shipping cost of 2 cubic meters for shipping furniture less than 2 CBM.
  • Retail order also welcomed, you should check first with your freight forwarder to find out the cost of shipment. However buyer should to pay additional packaging and shipping cost.
  • Full Container Load order no minimum quantity for each items.
